Located in a central area, within walking distance to shops and attractions. the hotel offers a variety of breakfast options with tasty food and friendly service. the room is spacious with comfortable bedding. Some rooms also have a nice city view.
Some parts of the room and bathroom need renovation and maintenance, with peeling paint, cracked windows, loose taps.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for exploring and getting around easily. The room was spacious and clean, and I even received a free upgrade to a King Deluxe! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff, especially Mr. Sonny and the cleaning service man, were polite and kind, and they made sure that everything was taken care of. The bathroom was spotless, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was an average mid size of about 190 rooms and was well recognised by the saffs as guests were also in the middle class and not that hectic. The hotel staffs were polite and helpful. The breakfast had a wide spread for most peoples choice at three different areas so as not to conjest the buffet area. Surprisingly, most staffs were well versed in English which is always a plus point for all hotels.
We were eight of us who used a Izuzu 12 seater for our golf tour. There wasn't an appropriate parking for the van.

The bed and the friendly staff
The oevrhead shower with its low water pressure makes bathing a very slow and stressful experience...not enjoyable at all.

The hotel exceeded expectations with a free upgrade, friendly staff, and wide breakfast selection. They even provided a birthday surprise. Great location and comfortable rooms.

Hotel Staff very good at Reception and Convention Centre very helpful, Bandung Town is no Better than Batam. Taxis services very poor. Hotel is far from shopping area. Do not wish to visit this town again. We spent one night the Hill Resort very expensive and rundown poor service.

The hotel is a walking distance from Pasar Baru. The bad thing is that there is a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom!
